Salehi architect is a Vancouver architectural firm. The firm is offering comprehensive services in architectural, urban design planning and interior design from conceptual design to design development, construction documents and contract administration.

Worked with the F.Adab Architects as chief designer and project coordinator, Provided design, design development and working drawings for over 30 residential and mixed-use projects.

-Total of 14, four story wood frame residential buildings in North Vancouver, Coquitlam,

Paladium /Citimark Development Corp. - 2000-2010
I joined Palladium Development Corp., which later on became Citimark Development Corp. to gain experience in the field of real estate development.
I was hired in capacity of in house architect and project manager. Later I became the vice president of Development and Construction.
During this period I worked with architectural firms , consultants and different municipalities and took projects through rezoning , DP and BP stages as well as providing construction schedule , budgeting and construction administration.
Below are a few examples of the projects that designed and constructed under my direct involvement.
- A 15 story mixed use concrete high rise building consisting of 51 units and approximately 5000 sq. ft. of commercial space with indoor and outdoor amenities in North Vancouver.
-A 19 story mixed use concrete high rise building consisting of 125 units and approximately 8000 sq.ft. of commercial space with indoor and outdoor amenities and roof gardens in North Vancouver.
-Two 4 story wood frame residential buildings in North Vancouver and Burnaby.
- Total of 7 townhouse projects in North Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond and Surrey.

I started my architectural firm in 2011; below is a list of completed and current:
- A 6 story wood frame residential buildings consisting of 357 units in North Vancouver.
- A 6 story wood frame residential building consisting of 60 units in Nanaimo, B.C.
- 10 single family houses and 4 duplexes in North and West Vancouver.
- A townhouse project consisting of 109 units and amenity building in Richmond.
- Two 20 story concrete high rise buildings consisting of 398 units, over 5000 sq.ft. indoor amenity , outdoor amenity and roof garden in Nanaimo, B.C. –
