MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL (HIGH-RISE & MIDRISE)

1547 Crown St.

This project is located on the south side of Crown St within the Lynn Creek town centre of the district of North Vancouver. This 6 story building consists of 65 units that meet affordable price points. This development offers studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units. 

It has a spacious green roof garden on the east corner of the project on top of the 4th floor which is accessible to all residents. It includes a common sitting area.

The two story high entrance lobby is situated off Crown St. and has an eye-catching decorative canopy above the enrance door - visible from the outside. Each unit's storage lockers are located on each floor for easy access.

The building's amenities includes a lounge/party room, kitchen and accessible washroom and is located at the south west corner of the project facing west towards the green spine. The outdoor amenities includes large patios for​ a bbq, a siting and children's area - all accessible by a ramp that leads to the green spine. 

This project has a unique 32" wide green spine which stretches from the site to Phibbs Exchange along the west side. This provides public walking access to all amenities and shopping centres on Main St. 

Mcrobb Ave. Nanaimo

Proposed development is a two phase project in the City of Nanaimo.

Subject property is divided in two parcels by an on – site public road.

phase one is a 6 storey wood frame residential building consisting of 66 units, which is located on the eastern parcel to provide smoother transition between neighbouring townhouse development and the proposed high rise buildings on the western parcel.  

Phase two of the project is comprised of two 20 storey high rise towers located on the western parcel of the property overlooking the island and the ocean in the distance.

Two towers are connected to each other through a 5 story building and are consisting of 430 units. Project provides more than 4000.square feet indoor amenity including fully equipped exercise room, lounge, party room, kitchen, bar, media room, meeting room, private boardroom and a guest suite.

A large on grade outdoor amenity is located off the indoor amenity space in front of the buildings including sitting, outdoor barbeque and children play area.

There is an outdoor public space on the roof of the 4th floor which includes private patios, landscaping and public sitting area.

Project also provides a resort style outdoor pool deck and hot tub, landscaping, sitting area and outdoor lounge with professional –grade kitchen on the 14,600 square feet roof of the 5 storey building between the two towers.
